Hello! I'm Rachael

I started my yoga practice in 2013 and it has been one of profound learning and growth. Since my transition to a yoga teacher in 2021, my fascination with the science and biomechanics of yoga has motivated me to explore deeper into its complexities, enriching both my practice and teaching. In my classes, I strive to create a space where students can enhance their physical strength and flexibility, but also deepen their understanding of yoga philosophy. Each session is crafted with care, blending the art of movement with the wisdom of yoga.
